Me and my housemate will be graduating in December so we're looking to sublet this spacious apartment on Main Street from January until August.

• The apartment is located 5 minutes from campus.
• The place will come unfurnished. 
• $1195 per month(including  wifi)
• Laundry's off premise however, there's a laundromat across the street.   
• Cats and other small animals are allowed.

This apartment is located at the end of Main Street with Water Street directly behind it. It's a 5 minute walk to campus and laundry is located across the street. I'm looking for a sublet to finish the lease (From January-August). If you like the apartment, an extended lease is available.

The apartment is 1195, this is including all utilities and wifi. Pictures available upon request!
