This room comes with a small indoor porch. The house is a fifteen minute walk to campus and a five minute walk to downtown bars. Three other roommate, all very chill relaxed people.

$17 a month for internet, we don't pay for cable
Right now with heat our electric is at $50 a month. In the summer months it was $30
