I have a second-floor bedroom in private home available for rent during the summer semester. Rental period would start June 5th and end August 5th, although if you need to stay a little longer that is negotiable. All utilities are included in the cost of rent. First months rent ($570.00) and a security deposit of $75.00 are due on signing. There is parking on site, although you won't need a car as the campus and town is just a 5-minute walk away.
