A couple blocks from Main Street and a short walk from the SUNY New Paltz campus. 5 bedroom apartment with 2 baths. Currently 4 of us looking for a 5th roommate for the upcoming year. Monthly rent PER person is $665.00 including utilities. Cable/internet is additional. $1,000 deposit. Lease begins August 1, 2018. Subletting is allowed! Renting through Off-Campus Student Housing.
