Hello, my name is Dan. I am entering my senior year at New Paltz as a Psychology major. I have an apartment just off main street, and I need a roommate for the full year, as my current roommate will be leaving this fall to study abroad. The cost is $575 a month. Utilities (high-speed cable, electricity) are approximately $800 a year per person. There are no other costs. Landscaping, snow plowing, and garbage are all taken care of by the landlord. The apartment has a kitchen, an outside balcony, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a living room. It is an 8-10 minute walk to campus.
I am a pretty easygoing guy who gets along with just about anyone, and I don't mind having company over and having fun as long as the noise is kept at reasonable levels for the neighbors.
