Four bedroom house being shared by two girls and one guy. Looking for either a girl or boy roommate. Rent is $500/month plus utilities. Four bedrooms total, two bathrooms, a nice backyard, driveway, laundry room included. Living room is pretty big, unfinished basement is great for some storage. Snow and trash removal are included in the rent. The house is about a minute or two drive away, and a 10-15 minute walk. It's best suited for someone with a car or a bicycle. Two girls and one guy going into our third year at SUNY New Paltz. We are living in a 4 bedroom home next year and are in need of a 4th roommate. The lease runs from August 1st to the end of May, so you will not have to stay or the summer and can go home. Rent is 500 a month, plus utilities. Laundry room included in the house, 2 bathrooms, backyard, driveway, basement, and four total bedrooms (all with closets).  It is about a 2 minute drive to campus (or less, the house is literally down the road on 208). 7 minute bike ride to Old Main. This location is ideal if you have a vehicle or a bicycle, but it is about a 10-15 minute walk to campus. I have pictures of the house, but there are people living in it as of right now. I will email you pictures, and if you are interested we can go look at the house. There is a 500 dollar deposit, and first and last month rent is due before moving in on August 1st.
