Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Hello! I have a room for rent available now in the town of New Paltz available immediately. It's right across the street from campus so the location is more than ideal for students, it has a beautiful view of the Ridge as well. The house has two floors and the other people who live there are students. No pets allowed, sorry! The room is very large, with two large private closets. I have photos if you'd like to see. Utilities are included in the rent as well so no worry about any extra bills (that includes wifi). This is a real great deal, I really would like to find someone to fill this room who will enjoy it as much as I did. The landlord is really good about fixing anything around the house. I am moving out of a great room, incredibly spacious with two big closets. The room has two windows, it's in a big house that has two bathrooms, a big kitchen, and washer/dryer! The room is $685 utilities included. You can move in ASAP. There is furniture included with the room. The land lord is incredibly nice and helpful. There is someone who comes every other week to clean the house. The house is right across from campus, it's also well maintained. This is a real steal, if you're interested please reply!
