Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Hi, are you looking for somewhere to stay in New Paltz over the summer? Need a house/room for Spring 2014? My lease for one bedroom in a five bedroom house starts June 1st and I am unable to live there over the summer. In addition, I will be student teaching outside of New Paltz during the Spring 2014 semester, so I am also looking for a sublet for that semester. The rent is $425 a month, not including some utilities, if you are interested I can find out more details and you can ask any questions that you may have. The house is on Center St. (by the New Paltz Commons). I'm not sure if my four roommates will be living there over the summer, but if they are, they're all great people who aren't obnoxious and definitely really good roommates.
