We have a lovely one bedroom apartment for rent as soon as possible (latest: 2/1)! It is right in between The Bakery and Mexican Kitchen. There is lots of natural light, a full bath, wide planked floors, and storage in the attic. It is tucked away above a business so there is not much noise from down town; however, it is close to everything- a ten minute walk to Old Main on the New Paltz campus; and close to restaurants, the rail trail, Huguenot St, etc.
This apartment costs $1000 per month, no utilities included. The room we're using as a living room right now could be turned into another bedroom as well.
