I'm graduating in December so I'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting January. I live in a newly built six bedroom house with two bathrooms on Mohonk Ave. All of the other rooms will be available as well so if you have a group of friends that also want to move in, even better. The house is a 7 minute walk approx from campus and a 5 minute walk to town in downtown New Paltz. Utilities and central air/washer and dryer are included as well for a total of $675 a month.
