Looking for 1 or 2 girls to fill 3rd bedroom in 3 bedroom apartment. $680 a month for individual room, $450 a month for shared room- All utilities included, washer and dryer on site. No pets. Current tenants are clean, friendly, and fairly quiet. Lease would start January 1st-May 31st.

Looking For a Place to Live in New Paltz / quiet college female looking for a room for fall semester.

I'm a junior at SUNY New Paltz and I'm looking for a place to rent for the fall 2016 and spring 2017 semesters. I'm looking for either a single bedroom in a house/apartment, a studio, or a 2 bedroom apartment below $900 a month. I have no pets and I am very clean. Also, the closer to campus the better!
