Looking For a Place to Live in New Paltz / Grad Student Looking for a Place for the Upcoming Academic Year

My name is Chris and I'm an incoming graduate student. I'm looking for a place to live for the upcoming semesters, and I am looking to pay ~$500 a month including utilities. I'm open to living in a house with roommates or an apartment. I am neat and easygoing.

My boyfriend and I are incoming graduate students looking for a place to live for the academic year. We only would need a one bedroom or studio apartment, and we are not opposed to living with other students in a house or an apartment with an extra room.
