Here is a house with comfortable private space AND enjoyable communal space.
A quiet house where you can work hard or relax in civilized fashion!
Quick back-and-forth to campus with no need for a car.
Indoor storage for bikes. Plenty of parking space too.

Two rooms are Single Occupancy.
Three extra-large rooms can be Double or Single occupancy.
Details on Application Form.

Landlord pays Oil Heat, Lawn, Snow, Garbage.

Please INTRODUCE yourself when requesting Application Form.
