Looking for apartment/room for spring 2014 semester

I'm a transfer student most likely coming to SUNY New Paltz this coming spring semester.

Looking for a room for $400-500/month or under, negotiation would have to be discussed for anything other wise. I would greatly prefer to be within walking distance of the campus and main street area. Wi-fi/internet is a major factor needed, but other utilities can be discussed. No smokers, seldom drinker, 22 year old digital media production major. Need somewhere ASAP.
