My name is Joe, I'm currently studying in Ireland and need a place to live during the Spring Semester. I'm polite, clean, friendly, and creative. I love music and art, and New Paltz all-around. My budget is flexible, depending on the utilities. Must be walking-distance to campus; preferably a house. Area to play music appreciated but not necessary.
