1 bedroom in a 6 person house fall semester

We're looking for a full year lease that starts June 1 and ends May 31. The house includes coin washer and dryer, dishwasher, a yard, 2 bathrooms, parking, all utilities along with a weekly cleaning service. It is located in between Convenient Deli and campus. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished and stocked on essentials.

A little about us: We go out a lot, but we aren't rowdy. Otherwise we're actually pretty quiet. We have an understanding that everyone cleans up after themselves and we all contribute to taking out the trash and whatever. The house is all girls because our landlord's request.

The price is $675 a month.
No Pets or cigarettes.
