Hey guys! So I'm subletting my room on S Ohioville Rd (less than 5 minutes from the school) from the time classes end this spring until they begin again in the fall. You would only be responsible for June, July, and August though, as I will be covering the entire month of May.

The place is a little basement apartment, entirely new/redone last year. I'm leaving my bed so you wouldn't have to bring one. And ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED! (water, heat, electric, cable, internet, trash removal, etc.)

If you're taking summer classes (or not) and just need a cute/quiet place to stay this is your place.
