I'm a junior and I'm studying abroad for spring 2019 and i would like to rent out my room for the semester. The house is occupied by 3 other tenants. It's approximately a 6 minute walk to campus. Whats included? There is a washing machine, dryer, and utilities. Wifi is paid separately for a under 20$/month. The room itself has 2 windows, a full size bed, closet, dresser and a few shelves. No pets are allowed and rent is $665/month from January to June. There is one bathroom, a common dining area, and kitchen shared amongst the tenants.
