My friend and I are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment/small house with a lease that begins in August. Laundry facilities on-site preferably, and no more than a 15 minute walk to campus. Also, only willing to pay up to $700 (inclusive of/after paying utilities). Please respond as soon as possible!
