Room Available in January for $320

Hey all!

There is an opening in the Windsor Court Complex near the Southside Apartments, about a six minute walk to campus! It'll be a double room so you'll be rooming with another girl. Rent is $320 a month, internet is $22 a month, and electricity is $35 every two months. The apartment has a nice living room with a balcony and the complex includes a pool and washer/dryer. The complex is quiet so please keep the noise level to a minimum. Also, please be clean!
