Looking for Roommate in New Paltz / Looking for female roommate to share a room for the summer, only $365 per month!

Two girls looking for a third female roommate to share a room for the summer (June-August), or even for just part of the summer (1-2 months). Shared room but there's plenty of space, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen. Just $365 + roughly $25 per month on utilities. Great location just ten minute walk to campus! Please let me know if you're interested :)

Looking for a female roommate from June-August, or even 1 to 2 months can be negotiated. $450 rent which includes utilities! Two bedroom, one bath, kitchen and living room. You will have your own room and two roommates (female) sharing the second one. Let me know if you're interested!
