Spacious room available in a house off of Main Street, short walk to town and campus. Available as early as May, as I need someone to sublet for the summer, and you would be able to stay for the academic year as well if you would like.
The house is laid back and current housemates are great.
Rent is $625, includes all utilities. (Water, electricity, heat, internet, garbage pick up)
Hardwood floors, closet, and furniture comes with the room! You are able to switch out furniture if you do not want it.
Landlord is great and very responsive!
