Looking for someone to sublet my room out from June to Mid-August. Rent will be 700 a month for June and July, and rent for August will be 350. Heat and water are included, two full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, basement, washer and dryer, long driveway, and the room is fully furnished. Room has a queen bed, desk, dresser, long closet, and mini fridge. Room is big so there is enough room to bring extra furniture you may like to.
