My friends and I are living in a 6 person house, and are looking for two more females to rent out a double bedroom. The room is unfurnished, and attached to its own bathroom. Rent is $625/month except cable/wifi. Lease begins in August. Washer, dryer, dishwasher included. The house was build two years ago, so everything is new and up to date.
