For rent is a big and bright studio-type room with a private bathroom and plenty of storage.
There is a shared living room, laundry room and an eat-in kitchen, well equipped for cooking.
We do not party, but we are allowed to have guests. We take turns cleaning the house, and you will be, too.
Pets and smoking are absolutely a NO-NO.
Rent: $950 + Utilities to $1000/mo + utilities, depending on the lease term and on when you start your lease.
Lease term is flexible, but NOT month to month.
