Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease since I will be transferring.
The apt a 7 min walking distance to campus.
It is a 2 BR apt and one bedroom will be all yours.
Your roommate will be a fellow suny np student.
There is shared kitchen, bathroom, common area.
Laundry facilities are in the apt complex.
Rent is $600 per month which includes wifi, cable, heat, water.
You just have to pay extra for electricity which we split bimonthly and doesn't cost too much..

It is walking distance to campus - about 7 minutes behind the library.
& you will be living with one roommate.

in the apt complex there will be :
- shared kitchen / living space / bathroom
- laundry onsite
- & you get your own room

it is $580 a month which includes everything +
$20 for internet / monthly
and electric / bimonthly
so it rounds up to around $615 per month.

The room will be available as soon as the semester ends,
and the lease runs till 7/31/2014

ideally, we'd like a clean, easy going roommate.
