Two Bedrooms are available within walking distance for the spring semester or for the year in a nice four bedroom apartment that's quiet, clean, beautiful, updated, and shared by friendly female students. It's located in town within a 10 minute walk to campus and a 5 minute walk to the grocery store and shopping.
Rents are $700 and $725 each per person/room for single rooms, and $500 each per person for a large room shared by two people with all utilities included such as heat, hot water, electric, water, and Wi-Fi. Also included are central AC, bicycle storage, off-street parking, weekly garbage and recycling pickup, driveway snow plowing, and yard maintenance.
You would share an updated kitchen, a full bathroom, and a washer and dryer with other friendly, serious, and responsible New Paltz students. It's the perfect setting for studying and peaceful relaxation. No parties, no pets, and no smoking. Flexible start and end dates are available.
