Situated in the town of Kerhonkson, this bi-level home enjoys a private entrance. The upper level has an open living/dining room and a kitchen with a low partition to define the space. The location is accessible to incredible outdoor recreational areas like Minnewaska State Park, Mohonk Preserve, Sam's Point and the Ellenville Ice caves, educational institutions such as SUNY Ulster and SUNY New Paltz.
