its a really nice house and its extremely close to campus, its $595 a month paid the first of the month and that includes all utilities and then separate payment for the wifi, it is shared room but its a very large space and the other person in the room is very easy going. There is also a big 4 car drive way and a large living room along with two bathrooms. please call for any serious inquiries at 516-232-4378 thank you
