Room for Rent in a 3 bedroom NON-PARTY and NON-SMOKING and NON-VAPING house. Smoking inside the house is not allowed, but smoking outside is ok. The house is a duplex and each apartment has 3 bedrooms. There will be 3 people living in each apartment.

The house is 3/4 mile from the Mobil downtown and 1.5 miles from SUNY New Paltz.

Utilities are extra and based on usage. They cost an average of $100 per month.

The common area and bedrooms are furnished with everything you need except a bed. You cannot bring living or dining room furniture because the house is fully furnished.

Included in the bedroom is a dresser, rug, nightstand, desk/chair, garbage, window shades and 2 lamps. We ask that you don't bring more furniture, except a bed because the house is fully furnished.  Washer and dryer included for free. There is a communal back yard with table/chairs and brick patio for all tenants to enjoy.

This house is pet friendly. One pet is allowed per unit and a separate pet rental agreement applies to each pet. There is a non-refundable $1000 Pet Security Deposit, which is used for detail cleaning and painting when you move out.

Hello, I have a furnished room for rent available starting June 12th in a lovely home in Kerhonkson. Rental term can be anything between 2 months to 1 year.
