I am a senior who will be graduating after the Fall 2017 semester and I am looking to sublet or for a short-term lease. I'm not very picky when it comes to room size/location, so anything would be helpful. I'm very clean, quiet, and won't have many guests. I am looking to rent an individual room in a house within walking distance to campus. However I am graduating after the fall semester and need someone to take on the lease as a sublet from January 1st.
- 12 mo. lease beginning in august.
- Depending on the room, rent will be between $650 and $670, and includes ALL utilities (including internet!)
- Room is furnished, with shared bathroom and kitchen.
- Good idea if you are studying abroad in the fall and need a guaranteed place to live in the spring!
