I'm moving out of my 4 bedroom house INSANELY close to campus(maybe a 2 minute walk to humanities, lecture center, VBH, if that...) which has 3 other girls living in it. The bedroom available is upstairs in a quiet corner. Brightest and largest room in the house. $700 per month with ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED, except internet and cable which we pay $35/month each for. Laundry in the basement, full kitchen, backyard, driveway for 2 cars.

The lease starts July 1st, but the room is available June 1st if you need it because I'll be gone by then. One year lease. Female preferred. No pets.

This is not a sublet situation, I'm just trying to help my current housemates find a 4th person!

email n02467384@hawkmail.newpaltz.edu to see it or for more information. Thanks!

I'm moving into a new place June 1st but don't need to move in until the end of August. I'm looking for someone, preferably a female, to sublet my furnished master bedroom with private bath starting June 1st and leaving anytime up to mid August. 700$ a month which includes everything except electric. House is a 3 bedroom house and is all newly renovated. Pet friendly.

Email n02467384@hawkmail.newpaltz.edu for more information!

I'm subletting my bedroom inside a 4 bedroom house for the summer. The house is located steps to campus, it takes me less than 5 minutes to walk to VBH, Humanities or the Lecture Center. House has a full kitchen, living room, washer and dryer in the basement, backyard, small garage, and a bathroom with shower.

Included in the price is ALL utilities(water, hot water, electricity, etc), cable TV(time warner), and High speed wireless internet.
In the bedroom you will be supplied with a 3 level table, a widescreen TV with cable access, a desk, deskchair, a nightstand and matching 4-drawer dresser, a double bed(boxspring and mattress, you must supply linens and blankets), a tall lamp, surge protectors, and a window Air Conditioning unit. There is also a large closet and a "vanity" outside the door. You will be required to sign an agreement regarding the items inside the bedroom as they are my personal items I'm supplying for your use. You will also be required to sign a separate agreement my written by myself and 3 co-renters regarding what can be used and what can't. My landlord may or may not require a deposit of an amount to be discussed. This is an amazing deal for students staying on campus for the summer session. Cheaper than living in the dorms, and much better! All you will have to buy is food for yourself, everything else is taken care of.

Email me at emailalyssahere@gmail.com if you have questions or if you would like to come over and see the house/room. Thanks!

I'm subletting my bedroom inside a 4 bedroom house for the summer. The house is located right behind the commuter parking lot behind the humanities building. It takes me less than 5 minutes to walk to VBH, Humanities or the Lecture Center. The price is $750/month. The reason this is so high is because of location and because you won't need to pay for ANYTHING else! Included in this price is ALL utilities(water, hot water, electricity, etc), Digital cable TV(time warner with DVR and on demand), and High speed wireless internet.
