The address is 18 S Oakwood Terrace, a seven person house. Utilities are not included. Located half a block away from campus, about a 5-7 minute walk to the main stretch of town. The room is a very comfortable size, able to seat five to six guests with ease. I will not be returning to this house next semester, so if you need a place to stay during the school year, feel free to contact the land lords about signing the lease. Has a washer and dryer in the basement. Has one bathroom upstairs and another in the downstairs bedroom.
