Room for rent starting Spring 2016!

Hey! I'm graduating in December so I'm looking for someone to take over my lease (not subletting) starting January. I live in a six-bedroom house (2 floors) with two bathrooms and it's $675 a month. The house is a 7 minute walk approx. from campus and a 5 minute walk to town. Utilities and central air/washer and dryer are included as well. The house is also completely furnished including kitchen utensils. My room will come with a mini fridge (free) and a full size bed, desk & TV for a cost, but these things are optional.
