Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Hey all,

I'm a well-rounded guy who enjoys playing guitar, cooking, getting work done and going out. Male and/or female roommate(s)/housemate(s) work for me.

Somewhere within a 10-15 min walk to campus and under $600 is preferable.
Mainly looking for my own room, but will consider sharing a double.
I won't have a vehicle, but I'll have a bunch of furniture that I can contribute.

Not a long walk away from campus would be ideal.
