Bedroom with closet in 3-bedroom apartment available for (up to) a year-long sublet on Chestnut St., in downtown New Paltz. Ideally located right off of Main St. and only a 2-3 minute walk from campus in top floor of a house with front and rear porches. Since the room is smaller than the other two, the other renters are willing to negotiate the rent ($1600 split 3 ways.) Unfortunately, only male subletters can be considered...
