Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Hey! I am graduating in December and looking to pass along my room this coming winter to a new tenant.

The room is large with a private bathroom and storage space. The kitchen and living room are shared (really kind, easy going students share the house.) There is also a lovely back yard and the street is quiet. There is free washer and dryer and all utilities and internet are INCLUDED! The rent is $735 per month. Furniture optional if you want it... I don't plan to take what I have with me (book shelf, mattress, side table, chest of drawers.)

My name is Max and I'm going into my last semester.  My current lease ends in August and I need a new place for the semester.  I am clean, quiet and I don't keep pets or smoke.  Please let me know if you have any spaces available.  I'll be conducting research for a greater part of the semester and need a 1br I can hole up in.  Much appreciated! 

Single room available for sublet for the summer in a house of 7.  2 full bathrooms and full kitchen.  655/month all utilities included, even laundry (additional $8/month for high speed internet).  Literally an 8 second walk from campus.  June-August.

Hey, my name is Max.  I'm a rising Sophomore at SUNY New Paltz.  I was interested in finding a place to live off campus (but as close to campus as humanly possible, as I have no car.)  I was looking for a place where I would have my own room and my own bathroom would be an obvious plus, but not necessary.  I'd only be living there for the Fall semester, as I plan to study abroad in the Spring.
