-$600/month flat (includes all utilities, wi-fi, air conditioning)
-No other expenses unless you want cable, in which case you would have to pay extra
-FULLY FURNISHED!
-5 minute walk to the front of campus (think: atrium)
-13 minute walk to van den Berg
-No pets
