I'm subletting my room in a 3 bedroom apartment. I'm graduating in December and am moving out in January. Available JANUARY 1st! Its a decently sized room, with two great housemates currently. The apartment is pet friendly, and clean. Looking for someone who is clean, respectful and responsible. Preferably a student, as you will be living with two other students. The rent is $600 flat (including all utilities except for internet which comes out to be 30-40$ extra). Heat and A/C is included, same goes for water and electricity.
