Rent is $700 for a good size room and $725 for a very large room each for one person with all utilities included even electric, Wi-fi, heat, and hot water.  Also included are off-street parking, central AC, bicycle storage, weekly garbage and recycling pickup, driveway snow plowing, and yard maintenance. Share an updated kitchen, a full bathroom, and a washer and dryer with friendly and respectful students.

This is an ideal house for studying and peaceful relaxation that's located in a beautiful, quiet, and quaint, neighborhood.  This residence is clean, quiet, updated, well-maintained and simply beautiful.  Flexible start and end dates are available.
