I have 2 houses for rent on North and South Ohioville Rd, 1.5 miles from campus. The Metro Bus comes by at the corner (especially convenient for the house on North Ohioville) but a car would probably be helpful.
The South Ohioville Rd house has 2 vacancies, with 2 girls staying over from this current year and 2 new guys. It is a large house and has a w/d and dishwasher. The rent is $615/r/m and includes everything.
The house on North Ohioville Rd has 4 vacancies with 2 girls having rent rooms already. The rent is $575/r/m and includes everything.
