Me and three of my friend are studying abroad in the fall, so our 3 rooms will be available for fall semester. The house was newly renovated last summer. The rent is $675 with all utilities.
The house comes with weekly cleaning service, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer/dryer in a large basement, dishwasher, living room, driveway, and a front/backyard that will be mowed. You will be living with 3 chill ass girls just a block from campus and a block behind Convenient Deli.
