I have 2 houses for rent on North and South Ohioville Rd, 1.5 miles from campus. The Metro Bus comes by at the corner (especially convenient for the house on North Ohioville) but a car would probably be helpful.
The South Ohioville Rd house has 2 vacancies, with 3 girls staying over from this current year and 1 new person. It is a large house and has a w/d and dishwasher. The rent is $615/r/m and includes everything.
The house on North Ohioville Rd has 5 vacancies. It is a bit smaller and no w/d but the rent is only $575/r/m. Again the rent includes everything.
