Hello,
I will be graduating and leaving my room in a house right on North Oakwood. The house is a 5 minute walk from campus. My room is $580 a month. I will be leaving May 20, for anyone who wants to sublet May 20-Aug 20. I am also leaving for good, henceforth, the room is also available for aug 20-aug 20, 2015 (those are the dates for the one year lease).

The house is very nice, new kitchen and carpeting. My room is quaint and has its own heater :) The house is really just perfect, and the landlord is really nice. :)
