There are 2 bedrooms available (asap) in a house on Church Street, a few minutes away from campus. It is walking distance to campus, but I would not say it's five minutes away. The two rooms are a reasonable size, not small but not large. Knowing that we're all students who are probably struggling to pay rent, I'm trying to make sure that this room would be reasonably priced so this price is negotiable (to a certain extent).

The rooms are available to move in by August 1 or even sooner since classes are right around the corner. Rent is $575 and will include all utilities.
